Her Place Audio/Video Setup

If you don't mind computers and wires and have ever used Powerpoint or other slideshow software, we need you come join us at Her Place once a month to be our audio/video guru. Worship slides need to be created once-a-month and on the morning of Her Place, the projector and computer need to be set up to faciliate our worship time. Several of our Ladies’ Ministries programs include opportunities for speakers to share with women. If you have a message that the Lord has laid on your heart to share or a special hobby or talent, this is an opportunity for you to bless others with your experiences. Daytime Childcare Coordinator

Maria Alvarez, our Ladies’ Childcare Coordinator, is looking for someone who might be available during the day to supervise possible childcare for the next daytime Bible study that will start this fall. This person would be trained on the church’s policies and procedures for childcare and would help find others willing to come during the day to watch children. MOPPETS

It isn't too early to start thinking about what you'll be up to in the fall. Set aside time now to make a BIG impact in the lives of mothers and ther children; Consider becoming a MOPPETS volunteer for the 2010-2011 year. Volunteers only commit to watch little ones (ages newborn to kindergarten) on the first and third Tuesdays from 9:00 am to noon from September to May. It is a fun and rewarding opportunity! Volunteers also have the option of earning $10 per meeting for their time.
